Comments	Gloversville has a surprising amount of drug-related crime compared to its small population, as well as assault, larceny, vandalism, and DWI. Parking for the court is on the north side of the City Hall.
About the area	Gloversville was so named because its factories produced, at its peak, about one-third of the world's gloves. This number has gone down from then, but it is still a major glovemaking and glove distribution center. It's a fairly small city of only 15,000 in the northern area of Johnstown (the town).
