Comments	Pleasant court in a small building. This Court respects attorney concerns. Court Clerk is Jane Curtiss. Enjoy the new traffic circles as you get on and off the Northway. Malta traffic court gets pretty busy, and the court facilities are not that big.
About the area	The Town of Malta runs along I-87 (the Northway), and is in between Saratoga and Albany.
Hours of Operation	The clerks are generally in during normal business hours. For criminal appearances, it is wise to call first to make sure the DA will be there.
