Oakland Municipal Court

Often referred to as ‘The Valley of Homes’, Oakland is not densely populated, with 12,000 people in 9 square miles. Known for tree-lined residential neighborhoods and picturesque houses. Oakland has had magnificent homes from the times of yore. There is a bus service, but no rail transportation. A few businesses here like Russ Berrie and Company, Inc. No shopping mall of it’s own, but has a strip mall called the ‘Copper Tree Mall’ which carries most items residents would need. Interstate 287 runs through, with exits at Route 202 and at Skyline Drive.
