Frackville Magistrate

German, Irish, and Polish influences have been combined in this land incorporated in the late 19th century, almost 15 years after its settlement. This municipality is intercommunicated with its neighbors by the Interstate 81 and the PA State Route 61. This community was the home of the “Mahonoy Plane” and its today the proud land of the Schuylkill Mall former Crown American Shopping Mall, where hundreds of people from the neighbor communities of Englewood, Altamont, and Gilberton come to do their shopping.
