The Civic auditorium of West Memphis can seat over 1,000 persons and has a stage measuring over 45 feet with an orchestra pit. The Civic center is capable of hosting meetings, trade shows and exhibitions. Among the eleven parks in West Memphis, Tilden Rodgers Sports complex on North Airport road is the largest. This park is equipped with multi-use, softball and baseball fields some of which are illuminated, lighted tennis courts, Horseshoe pits, a walking track, pavilions, a Volleyball net and a fishing lake with a pier which is stocked by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
