The Rough River gets its name for the said quality and is the most preferred action spot by canoers and Kayakers. As soon as you get off the Natcher Parkway, you will see a large crowd messing with the river and trying to rides its waves. It is easier looked than done…literally. Perhaps jumping off the Verzasca Dam for Pierce Brosnan was adrenalin fun in the Bond movie, in this river, adventure is much more than adrenalin..You have to live the story and live after that to tell it.
