Plattsburg Municipal Court
114 Maple St.
Plattsburg, MO 64477
Plattsburg did not need any settlers to get started; when Clinton county was established around 1833,
Plattsburg was planned and designed to be the county seat. The city’s pool is a great place to cool off at in the warm months. After your greeting by jumping fountains as you walk into the pool area, you will find a
diving board, a long winding slide, an “umbrella” fountain, basketball nets and swimming lanes as well as a zero depth entry into the pool. Perkins park, the largest of the city’s six parks is equipped with combination baseball/softball fields, tennis courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, several shelters and a concession stand. The annual Fall festival, held in late August at this park, is crammed with things to do and see. It’s a four day celebration that includes vendor booths, a carnival, a bunch of contests, a silent auction, dinners prepared and held by various town organizations, car shows, live entertainment and a parade.
