The city has a community swimming pool and Tipton Country Club has a nine hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a club house for us by its members. Nearby streams and rivers provide plenty of opportunities for fishing. To the South Manito Lake is located in close to 800 acres of upland wildlife area.
The Tipton City park has shelter houses with picnic tables, barbecue grills and restroom facilities; a new basketball court, softball field, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pitching court and playground equipment.
There are two attractions in the park a large red caboose and lake. A gravel track borders the lake.
