The Steele Chamber of Commerce runs an annual Arts and Crafts fair in October at which attendees can enjoy a ham and bean dinner. A park was recently added to the city’s park system. Joe Saliba park which has a lighted walking track, a covered pavilion with picnic tables and restroom facilities, a baseball field, soccer field, playground equipment, volleyball area and barbecue pits.
