Oddly, Gloucester City is a City in Camden County and not in Gloucester County. It borders Gloucester County. The city houses nearly 11500 people and is quite close to the NJ state border. Walt Whitman bridge spans Delaware river and connects Gloucester City and Philadelphia. I-76 runs over this bridge. US Rt 130 passes through the city and I-676 is nearby too.
