Just over the border from Erie County, Corfu is a small village in Genesee County about an hour from Buffalo. Corfu is between the NYS Thruway and Darien Lake (exit 48A). Most everyone headed to the amusement park must drive through Corfu. Mostly in the Town of Pembroke, a small part of the village is in the Town of Darien.
