Turin Town Court

This town is not the only territory under the name of Turin, the city southwest of Milan in Italy. The major ancestries influence does not reflect the Italian background as much; germans and irish were the most important cultural and moral foundation of the town. Its very interesting that almost the entire community is white, but only if you don’t know much about rural upstate New York – and since we outsourced data entry, that might explain the comment.
