This is a very beautiful small city. I advise visiting during the summer months, especially when the race track is not in session. While the name of the city is Saratoga Springs, most locals just call it Saratoga.
You might see either David A. Harper or James R. Davis from the DA’s office here and they handle criminal cases. Both are excellent attorneys, in one of the finest prosecutor offices in upstate New York. Some say they get good pay and have a decent caseload. They usually handle speeding tickets too. The City Attorney handles code violations.
Gets a fair number of DWI cases, perhaps due to the nightlife and number of tourists. Other criminal matters, along with small claims and even medium claims.
