This is the oldest community in all of Mercer County, it’s located less than 10 minutes away from Ohio City and it’s today a farming territory. Rich in history, this village was the home of several Indian Tribes and many objects found in this land have helped to write more about our history, the Miamins and the Shawness were residents in this fertile and flat territory. Around the first decade of the 19th century, Anthony Share became one of the settlers in this area.
