Flowers and lovely trees are the perfect frame for the beauty of this community sharing frontiers with Penns Creek, New Berlin, and Hartleton as the closest municipalities within a radius of less than 8 miles of distance. This territory was incorporated back in the 1820s with big German colonies and small Irish, English, and Italian groups of immigrants who arrived to Mifflinburg in the late 18th century and the early 19th century.
