The River Side Zoo and Botanical Gardens has been recognized as one of the top 10 zoological parks of the country. It should be some great place to visit. The botanical gardens especially has won several awards so it is a must see. Getting here should not be a problem with I-26, I-77, I-126 and I-20 pass through Columbia along with other major important State Routes. There are lakes, valleys and falls within the park.
