Delta County Justice Court

The Millard county fair is held year in Early August at the fairgrounds in Delta. This festival has live entertainment and knights and real contact jousting as well as the events that usually occur at a country fair. Several facilities are provided throughout the town for residents to enjoy. There is a splash park and Delta city park with is three pavilions located at various points in the park. There is an outside covered stage is and is located between the North and South pavilions in the park. The entertainment here only requires that you bring your chairs and blankets. An additional pavilion is located in Neighborhood park which also has a children’s play area, a basketball court and two ball fields.
