There are four public parks in Warrenton and a sports complex. The parks have baseball and volleyball fields, playground equipment, picnic facilities, a basketball court, paved trails for bike riding, roller-blading or jogging and a renovated caboose. The Warrenton Aquatic and Recreation Facility has competition and leisure pools, a fitness room and in the area surrounding it several rectangular playing fields, paved hiking paths, an inline skating rink and skate park and the new Claude Moore Fun For All Playground. The playground is a special feature accessibility for children with disabilities.
